The knowledge we think is new to us, we begin to notice, that maybe even the Egyptians in the hay-day also had perfected, and while we continue of our ancient roots of technology and archtechture, ect, we've lost the values and nurture that used to go hand in hand with those things.
We build with no purpose, take without need, and find that our important questions still remain unanswered.
Questions that to our roots was not so far from grasp.
We now find ourselves facing a prophetic 'end of days' in which Christianity awaits fire and brimestone for judgement day when all souls will meet the divine ruler of all.
While other's believe that it's only a new begining.
For myself, this 'end of days' will only call a change for those who choose to notice it and to take part in it.
The only fires, I think, we'll see will be caused by our own destructive paws from riots and hysteria caused by man's innate fear of change and the unknown.
The Mayan's broke down our timeline into periods where large changes would occur, like our stone age or bronze age. These periods not only shaped our arts and structures but also marked a new way of thinking each time.
So why would this time be any different?
Yes, since it is the end date of the calender, the first thought is that time ends, but we also once believed on the same rational thought that the world was flat because we can't see it's curve, or that we'd drop off the side because there can't be anything on the otherside of that mountain.
But there is more.
And there always was.
For man, I believe that those open to the change will experience the final marked time of transcendence of thought to a higher plane.
90% of our brains are useless to us as of now, but what if through means of spiritual and mental meditation we could unlock new parts of the human process that we never even considered?
Carl Jung once suggested a theory that man had the ability to tap into a data base of all known/experienced knowledge that he refered to as the Collective Unconscious.
I also believe this.
How many times have you felt like you knew something and didn't know why or where the information came from?
Or felt like a large revelation hit you from nowhere?
Ideas and thoughts come together into one grand scheme?
Even through ancient cultures, they also show signs of this belief. And some remains suggest that maybe even higher brain usage.
In remote places in south america we've uncovered human skulls that have a larger cavity for the brain suggesting a larger and more powerful brain. It's theorized that, from the places that the cavity differed from our own, these people may have had acute telekinesis, among other abilities.
Given, these abnormalities maybe just yet other freakish sideshow in humanities rise to what we are today, but just as my earlier example of the flat earth, perhaps is it the unthinkable, and at some point man had started the path of enlightenment before being quickly shut down by disease, conquest, and the ever swift movement of Christianity sweeping through the americas at this time.
Whatever it maybe I just want to bring these thoughts to the forefront.
Man once had something that he doesn't have now.
and i think it's about time we start looking again.
Years ago, things we now consider to be illegal and deadly were once reserved for only those of priesthood and royalty with our ancient cultures.
Plants such as opium, coca, and marijuana were only for spiritual paths and for health from natural remedies.
These plants, as plants not processed drugs, do only good for us. Even Coca, the base of Cocaine, was used without issue even up to present day in small villages in high altitudes for a boost of energy not unlike a cup of coffee. By sucking on the leaves, for years man has used this plant as a pick me up throughout the work day to keep they're body invigorated. Once man had got his hands on this plant however, our greed drove this plant to be one of the scourges of man that would often take over peoples lives with addiction and eventually kill them.
Opium, a plant used also by shamans for spiritual journey's was taken from a religious path to a path of gluttony and misuse that scarred modern man once again.
This list goes on, my point being that sadly, (not to quote family guy) but we kept the drugs and lost the values.
I'M BY NO MEANS SAYING WE NEED TO USE THESE DRUGS OR PLANTS,
but what I am suggesting to you is that perhaps our dead cultures and worth taking a second look at.
Things that once helped our ancestors makes discoveries way before their time, have been demonized too long because of man's inability to use good things in moderation.
Man is too greedy to be tempted with these things.
Much like the prophetic 'fruit of knowledge' these plants hold keys to helps us unlock a bountiful amount of knowledge that, unlike the tree of knowledge, we do have unlimited access too.
Jesus Christ himself can be quoted from the bible saying himself that ALL the plants and animals on this planet are here to help us.
He did not say, ooh except those plants and those fungi. Those are bad.
But he also trusted man to know that things are best in moderation.
It is not those plants and compounds we should demonize, but the people and nature that makes us wants to use and use and use but never learn.
We are the ones to blame for our problems.
And what I ask now is are you thinking?
You don't need to agree with me, or anything,
But my goal is to spur some thought.
Thanks For Your Time.
